Do you want to change the distance or name? You can do so until September 28, 23h59 by emailing info@golazo.com. We would like to receive the following information from the substitute in case of a name change:

Afterwards, substitutions are only possible at the registration booth on Friday, Oct. 16, Saturday, Oct. 17 and Sunday, Oct. 18. If a certain distance is full, no more substitutions are possible to this distance.

Distance change (on-site)

1. First collect your bib number.
2. Change your distance at the desk ‘change of name/distance’ and receive a new bib number.

Changing to a lower distance is free of charge. For a higher distance, the difference in price will be charged.

Name change (on-site)

1. Collect the bib number using the confirmation email of the person from whom you are taking the starting number.
2. Have your details changed at the stand ‘change of name/distance’ and receive a new race number.

Do not forget to bring your ID. For a name change there is a €12 administration cost.

Yes, that is possible. The person collecting it must bring your confirmation email containing your personal number or e-ticket to the registration area in the Waagnatie on Friday 16, Saturday 17 or Sunday 18 October during opening hours.

The Trek Antwerp Marathon will also feature a Pacer Team with pacers for various speeds.

These pacers will be easily recognisable in their start boxes thanks to their coloured flags.

Sports bag storage and changing rooms

During the event, you can leave your sports bag at the provided storage area. A sticker with a unique number will be attached to your bag and you will receive a sticker with the same number to attach to your ankle or wrist strap or bib number. Your unique number will also be written on your arm or hand. After participating in the event, you can collect your sports bag by showing your sticker and number on your arm or hand. If you lose your sticker, you will only be able to collect your sports bag after showing the number on your arm or hand and providing an accurate description of your bag and its contents to the organisation.

The organisation will take the necessary safety measures to guard the area as well as possible, but use of it is at your own risk. The organisation cannot accept any responsibility for possible damage, loss and/or theft of personal belongings.

Some recommendations:

• Use a properly lockable sports bag and make sure it is also properly closed so that no items can fall out of your sports bag.
• Do not leave any valuable items (such as Iphone, sports watch, wallet, etc.) in your sports bag.
• The organisation cannot accept any responsibility for possible damage, loss and/or theft of personal belongings.

Time limit TREK Antwerp Marathon

The time limit for the TREK Antwerp Marathon is 5,5 hours. By order of the police the roads will be opened for traffic based on this pace. Those who run more slowly will be asked to stop their race or continue running at their own risk, without the roads being cordoned off.

Time limit TREK Antwerp Half Marathon

You have 3 hours to reach the finish.

After you finish, you have the option to immortalise your achievement by having your medal engraved with your name and finishing time. On the registration form, you can tick the ‘medal engraving’ option for only €12.

Are you a late decider? If you can’t decide yet, not to worry, you can still decide to do it on site and pay €14, while stocks last.

Are you injured or unable to take part for any other reason? During your registration you have the possibility of purchasing a cancellation policy.

• For cancellations up to and including 18 May, 80% of the registration fee will be refunded.
• For cancellations up to and including 18 August, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
• No refunds will be possible after 19 August.

Any extras such as the T-shirt, medal engraving and the cancellation policy itself will not be refunded (non-exhaustive).

If you have already registered without this cancellation policy, unfortunately it is no longer possible to purchase it afterwards.
