Thanks to its prime location, you are so close to the action that you can cheer on the participants in the last stretch. It’s the ideal meeting point for both runners and supporters!

Group registrations have already opened. You can create a group using the online registration module and add all your group members. The group must be closed and paid for by 23:59pm on Monday 30 September at the latest. Once the group is closed, you cannot make any changes anymore. The group leader is responsible for payment of the whole group. You pay the normal rate for every participant.

Before you start

Registration can only be done online.
The group leader is responsible for the payment of the total amount and will receive an invoice for this if desired (after the event).
Deadline group registration and payment: Monday, September 30, 2023 - 11:59 pm.
Minimum 10 people

Step 1: Create your group

After creating the group you will receive an email with the group name and group code. With this code and your chosen password you can manage the group, add participants, remove participants, change options, ...

The group must be closed and paid on Monday, September 30, 11:59 p.m. at the latest.

After the group is closed, no more changes or additions are possible.

TIP: When creating your group, you must make an important choice: collect everything together OR everyone collects his/her chest number individually.

Step 2: Complete!

This can be done in 2 ways:

The group leader collects all data from all runners and adds them to the group themselves. Check in advance to see what info is needed to enroll a runner!
The group leader emails the group code to his/her runners and the runners enroll themselves. The group leader maintains control and can always refuse people, change things.

TIP: In both cases communicate clearly your internal deadline (preferably a few days before our deadline of 30/09) and inform all runners about what is and what is not allowed (e.g. the company pays the registration, but not the T-shirt if you register for the Half marathon. For the marathon, the t-shirt is included in the registration).

Step 3: Check - Close - Pay

Check the group & adjust where necessary
Close the group
Make payment based on the detailed order form, downloadable after closing.

You will receive an automatic confirmation after closing.

TIP: Please email your company logo + web address to info@golazo.com so you will be included on the website as a participating company.

Step 4:

Processing When handling your group registration, the previously made choice to collect everything together OR everyone collects his / her individual chest number is important:

If you have chosen to pick up everything together, then the group leader will receive an e-mail about 10 days before the event with the group packet number + all info where and when this packet can be picked up. You are then responsible for further distribution of these chest numbers to your runners, agree this clearly with them.
If you have chosen the second option, all runners individually receive an e-ticket + all info where they can pick up their individual chest number.

CONGRATULATIONS: you are now registered in group for the most fun sports event of the year!
